• If you receive your purchase and there is a defect with it, please send us an email with a picture and describe the issue, we will do our best to correct the situation and make it right. You have 14 days from the receipt of item to contact us to fix or replace. 

• Preorder items are made custom. If you order the wrong size or the size your ordered doesn't fit to your liking, we can't guarantee there will be more available to replace for you due to the nature of this production model. Contact us and we will do our best to work with you and figure out a solution.
